A Fab Shop, offering design, construction, and repair of everything from small engines, thru electronics, to Experimental Aircraft (our Owner is a member of the EAA and is building a Long-EZ). With tools ranging from 3D printers to large format printers to CNC routers capable of running up to 4’ x 8’ sheets of whatever we want to toss at them and many more, we will help you make your dream products a reality. Also, a fully equipped electronics shop resides within. From basic signs to large banners, microcontroller controlled projects and metal constructions, we can make them!

A Craft and Flea Market, with up to approximately 100 10’ x 10’ stalls for vendors to display and sell their goods and services. More space is available if the first room fills up!

A Club Room hangout/rehearsal/recording/soundstage space with room for an audience, for bands and smaller organizations to have a place to meet or just hang out. Think coffee house with a stage, a vocal booth, and comfortable seating. With the added twist of a fully functional recording studio for audio and video.

A freecycle space, the Boss’ favorite project! A place for folks who need them can get gently used clothing and household items at no charge. Donations will be accepted when the Boss is around to accept them. Contact Us for details or to set up an appointment.

A nondenominational Bible study space (with a church to possibly follow). We’ll be offering up the club room (and possibly a dedicated space in the future) for study of God’s Word. Staffed by His Hope Christian Fellowship. Contact Us or email hishopecf@gmail.com for info.

A Tabletop Gaming space. This will be a room with various sized tables with chairs, set far enough apart to have several games going at once! the owner is considering starting a Gaming Association.
